With a packed agenda, a high-profile keynote from President George W. Bush, and an audience of more than 1,000 professionals, every detail needed to be dialed in.
Held at The Venetian Las Vegas, the event called for a seamless production experience across general sessions and breakout rooms, with custom staging that had to impress both live attendees and virtual viewers alike.
The center of it all? A custom-designed LED video stage surround that needed to elevate the entire environment while integrating with a complex agenda and multiple speakers. The room had to feel dynamic, forward-thinking, and built for business, all while accommodating the level of security and polish required for a former President of the United States.
