Epic and Insight Global have shared a partnership for more than a decade, growing together through seasons of change and opportunity. What began as a small collaboration has evolved into a relationship built on mutual trust, creativity, and shared success.
That connection deepened during the most challenging time for the events industry. When in-person gatherings paused, Insight Global’s leadership made a promise: “We’re going to get through this, and you guys are going to get through this too.” Years later, that same spirit of optimism and collaboration defined the Legacy Brand Reveal and Leadership Training in San Diego, one of the largest corporate events Epic has produced to date.
Held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, the multi-day experience brought together more than 15,000 leaders from across the company to launch the new Legacy brand identity. The goal was to create an inspiring and cohesive environment that reflected the company’s values, energized its people, and set the tone for the future of the brand.
When unexpected equipment delays threatened the setup timeline, Epic’s team stayed calm and focused. The crew reorganized resources, advanced what could be done, and completed setup in record time. The client and attendees never noticed a disruption, thanks to the precision, teamwork, and steady leadership of everyone involved.
Epic managed full production and scenic design, including a custom LED surround stage, dynamic video displays, and complete environmental branding throughout the venue. Every design decision supported the new brand guidelines, ensuring a clean and modern look that felt intentional in every detail. Beyond the main stage, Epic produced 20 breakout rooms, a branded merch store, and immersive signage moments that extended the Legacy story across every space.
The Legacy Brand Reveal was a celebration of partnership and progress. The event honored the strength of Insight Global’s culture while highlighting the shared dedication that has defined this relationship for more than ten years. For Epic, it was a privilege to help bring such an inspiring moment to life.
