Every year, RapidScale’s Sales Kick-Off (SKO) is a critical moment to bring their sales organization together, align on strategy, and set the tone for hitting ambitious goals. The content has to be sharp, actionable, and engaging—keeping 300+ attendees fully dialed in. That’s where Epic came in.

The Challenge: A Tight Ballroom & High Expectations

With sales teams traveling in from across the country, every detail had to be executed seamlessly. But one major hurdle stood in the way—venue constraints. The event was booked in a ballroom with a listed ceiling height of 15 feet, already a challenge for large-scale production. Once on site, we found that decorative elements further reduced the functional height, requiring immediate problem-solving to maintain the integrity of the stage and technical setup.
